Join the International Festival of Pathological Films in Rome from 13 April 2016

The president of the Association of Pathological Theatre Dario D'Ambrosi is pleased to present the seventh edition of the International Festival of Pathological Films, which will be held at the headquarters of the Pathological Theatre (Via Cassia 472, Rome), from 13 to 17 April 2016. D 'Ambrosi is happy that this year coincides with the opening of the first university course in the world of "Integrated Theatre of Emotion", launched last 15th February 2016 in collaboration with the University of Rome Tor Vergata.



The Festival is not only a rich appointment of events, but also a competition for feature films and one short film in the world for its jury, entirely composed of children with disabilities, students at the Pathological Theatre, and headed by Paul Vasey, old member of the group. An initiative to promote young Italian cinema and foreign and synergies between the world of cinema and environments where you work on the mental and social hardship, convinced that this will contribute to an evolution of film language. 

Also this year many artists and personalities from the world of film and television who have chosen to join the event with live performances that will involve the children of Pathological Theatre. Among the participants of the previous editions include Simon and Garfunkel, Marco Giallini, Francesco Montanari, Claudio Santamaria, Riccardo Scamarcio, Maurizio Battista, Vinicio Marchioni, Sabrina Impacciatore, Marco Bocci, Alessandro Roja and Filippo Timi. For the fourth consecutive year, exceptional godmother will be Claudia Gerini.
